The "Hotspot" Funding Model

Founded in 2007, the Freedom Fund seeks to streamline anti-trafficking philanthropy. By identifying "hotspots" where modern day enslavement is particularly endemic, the Freedom Fund targets specific areas with tailored program interventions. The Freedom Fund currently operates out of five countries.

This model has been effective. The Freedom Fund has, to date, liberated more than 20,000 individuals from modern day enslavement. To learn more about them and the work they do, click the button above to read their impact report.
