History
Two families founded Ezekiel Rain. Staff moved to Thailand in February 2010, and it became recognized as a Thai foundation in August 2012. Its first restoration home opened in October 2012. The organization runs an aftercare program and is involved in outreach projects, collaborates in special cases and has a pilot border monitoring program.
