History

Women Skill Creation Centre (WOSCC) is a non-profit, non- governmental, non-religious and non-political organization established in 1993 in Hetauda, Nepal. It was registered in the District Administration Office, Inland Tax Office and NGO Federation in Makawanpur and affiliated with Social Welfare Council (SWC) in 1996. It is focused on changing women's socioeconomic, political and cultural position in the Nepalese society. Core areas of WOSCC interventions include women's empowerment against slavery and trafficking and domestic violence; stopping child labor; supporting governance and social inclusion; and small-scale entrepreneurship development.

To empower women, children and disadvantaged groups of society on social, economic, cultural and political aspects for the improvement of human rights, social justice and environment conservation
